INVITATION TO THE (OCF) 18TH
ANNUAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY (AGA)
Further to my earlier notice on this year's AGA, you are again invited to the 18th Annual General Assembly of Ogbomoso Community Foundation (OCF) holding at Ogbomoso Recreation Club on Saturday 23rd of November, 2019 at 11:00 am prompt.
In accordance with the resolution of the Foundation, you are reminded that each affiliated association is expected to pay a registration fee of N5,000.00 and an annual due of N25,000:00 making a total of N30,000:00 only. Two people are to represent an association, while all other members of the association are expected to attend on individual basis.
An individual attending the AGA will pay a registration fee of N2,500:00 only.
It is pertinent to state that the registration fee and the Annual due are to be paid on the spot in case no payment was made before the day of the AGA.
Notice is hereby given that, there will be elections to the Executive Committee which consists of:
- Chairman
- Vice Chairman
- General Secretary
- Asst. Gen Secretary
- Treasurer
- Financial Secretary
- Publicity Secretary
- Social Secretary
- Legal Adviser
- Ex-Officio members
The Executive Committee members shall be elected from the registered financial members for the AGA.
The decision of the AGA shall be by simple majority votes of financial members.
